It's a big hospital, so I just went in thinking I'd take a look. I thought the consultation would be similar to before, but they additionally recommended a brow lift. During the consultation I was tempted and even thought about booking, but the side effects seemed more than I expected, so it felt burdensome. The manager was kind, and the director still gave a careful consultation.
