This place is notorious for long waiting times, but maybe because I went at opening, I did not wait as long as I expected. I went after reading blog reviews. The longest I could wait before seeing the director was 30 minutes, and that seemed about right. I went through staff consultation -> doctor consultation -> staff consultation in that order, and I remember the staff did not really talk in detail about the surgery. The doctor consultation was just very matter-of-fact. Before coming here, I had consulted at two other clinics, and at those two places I thought, 'They smile without real warmth, but they are professionally kind?' Here it was truly just businesslike. The line from my previous double-eyelid surgery had loosened and my eyes were very sunken, so they drew two possible lines for me: for line 1, the line is a bit lower but I would need fat grafting; for line 2, the line is higher but I would not need fat grafting. They said it would become an outer line. They told me to choose what I wanted, and I thought that was novel. At the previous clinics, they only said this is how it will turn out and did not mention options, and they said fat grafting was absolutely necessary, but here they said it might not be needed, so I felt a bit more inclined. I left a reservation deposit, and I hope it turns out well.
