Wow, I got really irritated after coming here. I called to make a same-day reservation and they said yes, so I went, but then there was waiting to take photos, waiting for the consultation manager, waiting for the director... just that alone took two and a half hours, and then when I was told I had to wait again for another cost consultation with the manager, I got annoyed and left.. Seriously, this is the assembly-line style place I had heard about.... I do not know why it is so popular.
