What I felt while getting a revision surgery after having side effects from the first surgery is that this seems like a hospital where everything has to fit me perfectly for it to work. I had a revision surgery because of side effects, but looking only at the result, it got worse than before,, That was upsetting too, but if you come here for a consultation or need a revision surgery and have to meet the director, assume you are losing a whole day and come prepared. I waited 4 hours just to meet the director, and even then there was more waiting there... seriously just unbelievable The consultation manager said I didn't need a revision and that we should just watch and see, while the director said he would do the revision right away. Sigh,,,, I was so angry. The consultation manager said that if a problem happens, I have to drop everything and rush to the hospital, but realistically, is that even possible? They do speak kindly, and the director is kind too, but overall I don't think so.
