It's the 8th day after my facial contouring surgery, and they check the progress so carelessly. The staff doesn't provide patients with information properly, and I think they need customer service training. Because of the staff's attitude and their careless follow-up checks, my anxiety only increased, and I ended up accumulating even more distrust.
