First, I want to say that this is a review written at 2 weeks after surgery, when no side effects had been found yet, so it has nothing to do with whether the surgery was successful or not. First, I spent about an hour talking with the consultation manager. But it was not a useful consultation; it was more like a sales pitch telling me to get other areas done at the same time while I was already having surgery. It was exhausting. Looking back, I wonder if I should have noticed it then and run. After that tiring consultation, I got hooked by the promise that if I put down a deposit right away, I could get surgery with a discount from a famous surgeon, so I ended up booking. Only after that did I start seeing bad reviews here and there. Honestly, the aftercare from the surgeon and staff is the worst. From the end of surgery until the stitches were removed, I never saw the consultation manager or the surgeon even once. They don't even connect you to a simple chat app~ I got one phone call from the consultation manager. After that, even if I called, someone else would answer, and if I wanted to talk to my own manager, they said they would call me back, which means waiting at least 3 hours. Sigh... If the surgery result were good, none of this would matter, but the surgeon told me to wait 3 months for a progress check, and I feel like I'm dying from the stress.
