It varies by staff member, but some staff are rude, and the consultation time is short compared to how long I waited. Before the surgery, I spent less than 5 minutes with the director. I'm now looking into revision surgery, and if you're seriously thinking about nose surgery, you should really visit a lot of places. I only went to two clinics, I-Well and one other, without knowing anything.... Please choose carefully. Don't regret it like I did, and make sure to go to several places.
