I had a consultation in August, and the consultation director is someone who appears a lot on YouTube, so I was kind of happy to see her??? She was kind. There wasn't much waiting, which was nice. I talked with the director first and then the head surgeon, but maybe I was expecting too much. She didn't feel especially warm like she does in the videos, and if anything, she felt even more familiar on YouTube. She seemed a little busy because she had another surgery coming up. It wasn't bad overall, and the consultation was fine. After meeting the doctor, I talked with the director again. She strongly emphasized the deposit for same-day reservation, though
