I've already put down the full reservation deposit, so I can't back out now. I do like the director's style here, though. You should not expect friendliness or professionalism from the staff or the head coordinator, or anything like that. If you have any illness of your own or take any medication, keep bringing it up repeatedly. They don't even make notes, so I had to say it several times.
