Even though I had a reservation, there were still a ton of people waiting. It felt like the hospital chairs were completely full. I waited so long that the reservation time felt meaningless. I don't remember exactly, but I think I waited 30 minutes to 1 hour just to get in. Maybe because there were so many counseling appointments, but the director wasn't very friendly either. I don't think I got enough explanation about the surgery. I waited a long time again just to talk to the counseling manager, and like at other hospitals, it ended with a quick question about aftercare and price.
