The director was extremely kind. They tried to explain everything carefully one by one, and among all the places I consulted, the director was the kindest, so I thought I wanted to do it here. But the manager was a bit less kind than the director, and it was the last consultation slot for me, yet they kept saying I had to make a reservation or they could not do it... In many ways there was a lot of pressure, so it felt a bit burdensome. Still, I guess that is just the clinic system, so I accepted it, but I was really grateful that the director kept adjusting my eye line and did everything so carefully.
