First of all, from the moment I entered the hospital, I felt there were just too many people, so I was even worried about COVID. The consultation goes in this order: manager - doctor - manager. There were not enough chairs and not enough space for the number of people waiting, so it was almost a chair battle... It felt like a game of nerves. The waiting time was of course long as well. The doctor re-checked my line several times and gave me the feeling that they actively reflected my opinions. They were kind, but at every other hospital I was told my eyes needed incision surgery, and only at this hospital was natural adhesion recommended. I felt like they were not very confident about incision surgery. Or maybe they simply avoided the more difficult incision procedure. This was the hospital that most strongly gave me the feeling of being factory-like. They said you might be woken up in the middle of sedation anesthesia, but a friend who had surgery here said they slept 90 percent of the time. It seems like they barely wake you and just proceed. Especially when the manager consulted me, the pressure felt very strong. At first they pushed the reservation deposit with a refund policy, and when I said I thought the deposit was fully refundable, they only then explained that it was a deposit for a surgery date that was not yet fixed. They also pressured me to decide right away instead of going to other hospitals for consultations. In the end I paid the fully refundable deposit, but after consulting other hospitals I felt this was not the place for me, so I stopped by on my way home to request a refund. At the front desk they said I had to meet the manager even for a refund, so I waited again... After waiting, when I said I had come for a refund, they immediately changed their expression and said, 'Please help with the refund~' and went somewhere else. If that was the case, why did I have to wait for the manager? If you are going to refund the deposit, definitely do it by phone^^ That seems much more convenient. A hospital that was disappointing until the very end ....
