I already knew they were good at eyes from a consultation I had before my revision surgery, so I went back for a revision consultation. The doctor who did my first surgery left here and opened their own clinic. The waiting time before I could get the consultation was the longest here. Altogether it took almost 3 hours, but the consultation manager was kind, and I understood and let it go because the doctors were busy. The aftercare explained by the manager was the best I've seen at any clinic so far. But the doctor's consultation was way too half-hearted. Even the consultation manager apologized for that part, so maybe that's why, even though it's a large clinic, they didn't pressure me to pay a reservation deposit. I know they're skilled and good at what they do, but I'm not sure if doctors are in the service business too. I felt bad, so I don't think I can do it here.
