I went without choosing a specific doctor, so after talking with the manager, the doctor came about 30 minutes later and asked if I was okay with waiting, so I waited and had my consultation. I asked to be connected with the doctor who is good at out-fold lines, and they said okay and connected me. The doctor was kind and absolutely did not push surgery. In fact, they said I didn't need it. The line they designed was definitely pretty, so I was satisfied. The aesthetics matched my taste well, which was nice. It felt like they quickly picked up on what the patient wants.
