I made a reservation and went, but the wait was extremely long. The staff looked frantic. The consultation manager was very pretty and kind, but they pushed reservations very hard. The doctor seemed funny, articulate, and skilled, but when I asked about a refund for the functional part, he said the hospital could not take responsibility and I would have to handle it myself. He was right, but it still felt like surgery was just the end of it, which I did not like. Since my symptoms were ambiguous for the nasal valve, I said I wanted to leave that part out, but they said that was not possible. If I could not get a refund, my money would just be gone. It felt like a chaotic factory. The doctor seemed like he would do the surgery well, but I did not especially want to go through with it.
