I got the impression that the director kind of brushed over the consultation. There are a lot of reviews saying the wait is long, but I didn't wait that long and it was only about 5 minutes past my appointment time. While I was waiting, I saw a patient's parents come in and complain about the size after their double eyelid surgery, and the staff were really cold. The manager was kind, but I think it would be better if the staff were a little more friendly.
