The wait was too long, but it was the weekend and this is a very famous clinic, so I just accepted it. First they took photos and a CT scan, and then the consultation was based on that. The hospital staff treated me incredibly kindly. The director also analyzed the CT and photos and cut straight to the facts, which actually made me feel like they were trustworthy and professional. Since the director is famous too, I thought they would be busy and the consultation would be short, but it was longer than I expected, and they told me everything I needed to know. I felt like the waiting time wasn't wasted and that it was a worthwhile consultation.
