Because there were so many people, the waiting time was incredibly long, and even after going into the consultation room I had to wait about 10 more minutes.. I remember the desk staff not being very friendly... But the consultation manager and the doctor were fairly kind. They were polite and explained things in detail. Especially the consultation manager, who seemed to care about patients. And the doctor was relatively straightforward.
