I made a reservation and went, but ended up waiting for more than an hour and a half.. I could not stand it anymore and asked when I would be able to get a consultation, but they told me to wait a little longer without even apologizing. I met the consultation manager and then went in to see the doctor, but I did not really feel that they explained things professionally.. More than anything, the worst part was the front desk staff... Without much hesitation, I decided I should not have surgery here and left.
