I had double eyelid surgery and eye-opening correction about 3 years ago. A little over 1 year later, it seemed like the back part of the double eyelid had loosened, so I went for a consultation, but the doctor was not there, so I consulted with another doctor. He said it absolutely had not loosened. I went to another hospital for a consultation, and it turned out it had loosened, and I did not get the effect from the eye-opening correction either, so I ended up having revision surgery.
