This is from a consultation I went to a while ago, so I'm not sure how accurate it is. The director seemed kind. The manager was extremely kind. But I think I waited about an hour... even though I had a reservation The line the director drew was way too low, so it was different from what I wanted, so I didn't go through with the surgery.
