When I got there, they said the director was in surgery and to wait about an hour. Not a single word of apology. There were so many people and everything felt chaotic. The doctor's consultation was basically, "Ask me anything you want," and I think he was the honest type. Very confident. The coordinator consultation was also friendly, and the safety measures seemed solid. For a large clinic, it seemed well managed.
