There was some waiting time. I had to wait a bit right after arriving, then get a CT scan, so it did take some time. But the director's consultation was neat, and they seemed to recommend only what was truly necessary, which was good. The consultation was not long, but they did not talk about other places and only looked at my nose, and there was no pressure to book or push for procedures, which I liked!
