Maybe because I booked on the same day, but I waited an extremely long time past my appointment time. The doctor was extremely kind. I was so tired of waiting that I could not ask properly, which was a shame, and the doctor also seemed to have to leave in a hurry... The consultation manager was kind, but said things differently from what the doctor said, which was odd. And they also pushed booking on me.
