There was no wait, but when I had the consultation with the director, they talked so fast by themselves that I could not understand what they were saying, and the explanation was far too lacking. They did not look at facial balance or anything like that, just said, if you do this, it will become like this, so it felt like, decide it yourself. It was the worst among the hospitals I consulted.
