I went after seeing the app. The facility was clean, the staff were kind, and it was good. There were quite a few people, so there was a bit of waiting, but not to the point of being unpleasant, so it was fine. They were very thorough about whether I had any areas I was worried about, and I left after hearing the explanation well~~
