The consultation manager felt unprofessional and unfriendly. The director is famous on blogs, but the wait is too long. The consultation itself is friendly, but once the procedure starts, I got the impression that they did not remember everything from my consultation. I had to keep asking for the missing parts, and because they were so busy, they rushed through and left, so I could not even speak properly.
