Maybe because I raised the bridge too much three years ago, the silicone was showing, so I went to Urban Plastic Surgery for a consultation with Dr. Choi. He looked at it and said my skin was thin too, and that it seemed like I had been overdone, so lowering the height a bit and having rhinoplasty for a bulbous nose at the same time would be good. For the tip, I only used ear cartilage in my first surgery, so over time it eventually dropped. He said that if the tip is fixed in two layers with cartilage + a tip support, it won’t collapse easily. When I went for a consultation three years ago, there was no mention of a bulbous nose and no explanation of the surgical method either... I just feel so regretful that I only had the bridge and tip done. T_T If I had gone somewhere from the start where they could take a CT, carefully look at my nasal shape, and suggest a surgical method, I wouldn’t have needed revision surgery now.. I’ve already set a surgery date and am waiting. Looking at the cases from people who had surgery at Urban, there are really a lot of good results, and I hope mine turns out that way too.
