Overall the hospital environment was not hygienic. There was very visible contamination on the patient bed sheets. There was no prior notice about the consultation fee, but once it seemed like I would not go through with it, they demanded the consultation fee. After I complained, they said they would not charge it. It felt like a factory. When I asked whether the cheekbones would get bigger, they said the cheekbones would get smaller instead? It did not feel trustworthy.
