The doctor looked sleepy during the consultation. Maybe he hadn’t slept well, because his speech was slurred and he sounded hoarse. He seemed annoyed to explain the surgery method. The consultation manager didn’t seem professional either. No other hospital had ever recommended cutting eye skin, but here they suggested it because I had a lot of fat in my eyes (during my own consultation visits, I was only told that my eye fat was rather low and my skin was thick). From that point on, I didn’t want to hear any more explanation.
