I got hyaluronidase once, but the filler still didn't fully dissolve, so they dissolved it while watching with ultrasound. I can't really say much about the overall friendliness, and especially the doctor seemed very tired. When getting the procedure, you need to tell the doctor exactly what part has been bothering you. Still, it did dissolve fairly well, so I'm reasonably satisfied with the procedure itself.
