I had nose surgery + fat grafting when the hospital had only just opened. I had a pug nose, and for about three months it seemed like it went well, but the tip of my nose gradually rose and the tip nearly went back to how it was originally, so it ended up being in a state where only the silicone and ear cartilage were inside, and now I am thinking of getting revision surgery. The fat grafting faded very quickly in my forehead and chin, but my cheeks still seem to have some left.
