The downside is that the staff do not seem that friendly, and when I was getting treatment, the staff member was not kind and sounded a bit rough. Not rough on my palm, but more like they wanted to rush through it ?? And on YouTube, it looks like the director personally consults before the procedure, but in reality it is only a brief sit-down check before anesthesia. Still, the director quickly caught what I was anxious about and what I wanted. One more thing: the consultant manager kept trying to upsell all sorts of add-ons, and that part left a bad impression.
