I went at my scheduled appointment time, but there was a 20-minute wait with no notice that there would be a delay. I could only meet the director after an hour. I don't know if this is normal, but everyone there except me was a foreign customer (I avoid places like that). Anyway, you should go expecting to wait. The consultation with the director ended in exactly 15 minutes. It's not that they lacked expertise, but instead of talking about the result of the CT after the surgery they mainly showed the pre-op CT. It seemed like the director did not want to talk for long and was pretty curt. Talking with the consultation manager was actually more relatable and gave me a sense of trust? Surgery is done by the doctor though T_T Anyway, the consultation ended quickly, and they accurately understood my condition and explained how to do the revision surgery effectively. I won't get surgery here, but I probably wouldn't tell friends to go here for a consultation either.
