There was a bit of a wait, but as the reviews said, Director Kwon was kind and worked hard on the consultation. He seemed confident, and because he had a lot of experience, I felt I could trust him. But the consultation manager? Hmm. They pressured me to pay a deposit that same day, and they played word games like "if it fits the nose, it's a nose ring; if it fits the ear, it's an earring".
