The director looked a bit tired during the consultation, so I was worried, but in the end the result came out so pretty and I didn't get any bruising at all. I'm satisfied. But the staff member who applies the anesthetic cream, I don't know if she's still there, kept recommending unnecessary procedures every time I went, and apparently did that to other people too.
