The staff were kind and gentle. They said only what was really necessary, without pushing anything excessive, and there was no uncomfortable pressure at all. They even told me to look into several other clinics as well, which made me feel at ease. The only downside is that there aren't many surgery reviews, so my expectations aren't very high.
