The director explained everything in detail and removed unnecessary procedures, which was good, but the nurses were extremely unfriendly. Even if I had a reservation, the waiting time was... and it felt a bit like a factory turning people out. But when I got the treatment, I didn't realize the effect at the time, and only when I didn't get it again did I think, ah, so it really did work.
