The facility is cramped and dated, like a factory-style clinic, but the merits are that you can consult with the doctor before the procedure (rare these days, T_T), and the doctor is 20 times kinder than the staff... The procedure price has gone up a bit for a factory-style place, but I was satisfied and would come back.
