Even though I had a reservation and went, I think I waited for about an hour. The consultation was only with the manager, and it was quick and there was no hard-selling, so it was okay. Overall, it does not feel especially kind. There was also a staff member who was rude. It is on several floors and seems systematic, but it is not really like that. The procedure itself was a bit rough too. Still, they run a lot of promotions, so I think I will go again.
