At first, when I was consulting, I asked the coordinator a bunch of things, but they kept repeating almost the same answer, so I started thinking they might not really know. I asked which doctor would do the procedure, but they would not tell me, and that made me upset. I got Botox, but the effect was too weak, so now I think I should not go back T_T
