First of all, the clinic atmosphere does not feel like a hospital. It is a bit flashy and feels more like a cosmetics store. The doctor does not do the consultation personally; instead, several managers each do one-on-one consultations. For whitening, they said I needed 10 sessions, but I said I wanted to try one session first. It felt like they kept trying to get me to sign up for 5 or even 10 sessions, and it did not seem very professional. Especially when I received the procedure, the doctor was so rude that I felt bad. The way he spoke was so abrupt, and during the whitening treatment he kept saying it would not have a big effect and that my expectations were too high. T_T So I just took one session and left it at that.
