The consultation was a bit short, and it was not rude at all, but it also didn't feel completely warm either... that kind of in-between feeling. I spoke briefly with the director first, then met the surgeon right away. My eye-opening strength is not particularly weak, but when we drew the double-eyelid line, it tended to get weaker, so they recommended eye correction together. They explained things while showing me photos on a monitor, and I liked that they seemed confident in their skill.
