There were good points and disappointing points... I had surgery a long time ago, so I'm not sure what it's like now. The director is from Gyeongsang-do, so maybe that's why they speak rather sharply, and it could be hurtful.. The surgery is natural, but the aftercare doesn't seem especially good.
