I visited in the afternoon after lunch. Since I had eaten a lot at lunch and dozed off while sitting, the wait passed quickly. I think it was about 30 minutes. Both the manager and the director explained things in a way that was easy to understand, which I liked, and I asked a lot of questions, but they kindly answered each one.
