The coordinator was kind, but both the doctor and the coordinator seemed to have a poor grasp of what the patient actually wanted. I had originally gone in for a different surgery consultation, but they kept recommending double-eyelid surgery and spent way too long only talking about that, so personally it was not a satisfying consultation. Rather than talking about the surgery I actually wanted or my concerns, most of the conversation was about double-eyelid surgery, so I wondered why I had even come all this way for a consultation.
