They seemed to have very little enthusiasm. But I wouldn't say they were unfriendly either, just that somehow they didn't feel trustworthy... They didn't just say to remove it blindly; they seemed to operate only after judging the situation and deciding it was necessary. They also advised me that it didn't seem like surgery would make things better and that I should be careful. In a way, going there left me feeling unsettled, but I guess I should be satisfied that I heard another opinion... The consultation was fairly quick
