I went in for a consultation for revision nose surgery, and the director was kind and gave a consultation that felt trustworthy. But before I even had a consultation with the director, the consultation manager came in because the waiting time had gotten long and said sorry for making me wait, then brought up, "I'll give you a cheaper price." After the director’s consultation, when I had the manager consultation, she started off with, as I said earlier, "I’m sorry, I’ll give you a cheaper price," then went through this amount, that amount, so much here, so much there. She could have just told me the price, but instead she added useless explanations and then quoted over ten million won. More than the price, the way they seemed to be trying to negotiate with the patient was just so disgusting. The hospital and the director seemed fine, but because of the manager, I passed for now.
