Review

Both the director and the manager were kind, which I liked! The director recommended using autologous costal cartilage for the tip of the nose and silicone for the bridge, and also suggested valve reconstruction, treatment for a deviated septum, alar reduction, and lowering the nostrils. They used Photoshop to define the line and showed me before-and-after cases, so they examined everything carefully.
