The director speaks gently and slowly. They do edit the photo, but it didn't really click with me. The consultation manager kept trying to bundle function and aesthetics together, and the cost ended up being quite high. They kept emphasizing the functional side, saying insurance would cover it so I shouldn't worry. The surgery cost came out far too high, and even though they said insurance reimbursement would apply, I didn't feel like it would make a big difference aesthetically.
